Having joined the company in early 2021, Sam is the longest-tenured member of the VCS team, bringing a hands-on approach to managing properties and fostering relationships with both owners and tenants.
With a portfolio of over 300 units and more than half a million dollars in rental revenue under management, Sam's role is vital to ensuring each property achieves its highest potential. His focus on increasing profitability while maintaining exceptional standards of property care makes him a trusted partner for owners seeking long-term success.
A particular strength is Sam's extensive knowledge of landlord-tenant law, especially within Multnomah County. His ability to navigate the complexities of local Landlord Tenant regulations ensures that his clients are always in compliance and positioned for success in the ever-evolving Portland housing market.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, with a minor in Creative Writing, from the University of Oregon. As a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, he combines his strong communication skills with a deep understanding of the market and legal intricacies of real estate management.
