With over 30 years of experience, Kirsten strives to provide excellent client service and to maintain high standards for properties she stewards. She prioritizes a client’s goals to create growth and stability and partners with her teammates to amplify a thriving atmosphere. Kirsten’s background is in management of commercial, multifamily, mixed-use buildings as well as condominium HOA’s. She uses the wisdom she has gained to respond and effectively resolve the many challenges property management presents. Her collaborative approach to management yields great internal relationships and a reliable vendor network.

In 1991, Kirsten began as an assistant property manager with Westland Investment Company, ultimately becoming a regional property manager responsible for up to 17 multifamily properties. She moved on to Bristol Equities to manage their portfolio of vintage multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use assets that more than tripled in size during her tenure. Acting as project manager on renovations for many of these vintage buildings and overseeing several condominium conversions, provided invaluable insight into technical aspects of the built environment. From there, Kirsten was hired by Venerable Properties, LLC to manage a group of commercial properties and helped bring on multifamily and an HOA property before the company became Meritus Property Group.

Kirsten holds a bachelor’s degree in English from University of Oregon. She has a close professional affiliation with Multifamily NW and is currently on their Government Affairs committee. She previously served as their board secretary and education chairperson. Having previously lived for several years living in Germany she is infused with wanderlust and enjoys travelling both internationally and state-side with her family.
